Cat behavior issues can be stressful for both you and your kitty. But isn’t she worth at least one hour of your time? The cost of surrendering your cat to an animal rescue group is more than double the cost of Rita’s Phone Sessions.

Give your cat a chance to live a long, happy, harmonious life with you. Although success depends largely upon the consistency and commitment with which the behavior modification steps are applied, if you don’t see results after applying the strategy you are given, Rita will refund your money.

Rita conducts Phone Sessions with people from all parts of the country. In-Your-Home Sessions with you and your cat(s) are possible if you live within 15 miles of Beverly Hills, California. Please see the special note below regarding the scheduling of In-Your-Home Sessions.

• At least One Hour of Rita’s time on the phone or at your home, depending on which service you choose
• Access to Rita via email and telephone for weekly Review of Progress
• Three Bi-Weekly Follow Up Calls, and if you purchased the In-Your-Home session you also get 1 Follow Up Visit (within 2 months of the original visit) with Rita to fine-tune the approach, if needed
• If you need additional help beyond 8 weeks, additional calls and/or visits are half price

Once your request is received, we’ll email you the detailed questionnaire so we can get started. Once you send back the questionnaire, we’ll contact you to get your session scheduled. Sessions usually happen within 5 to 7 days; in person sessions could take a little longer to schedule. Note: Payment is due before services can occur. We will send you an email invoice for your convenience.

Please understand that behavior questions cannot be answered without booking a session with Rita. Each cat and each situation is unique, and there is no such thing as a “generic” answer that applies in all cases. All consultations are done according to the cat’s behavior in relation to his/her environment, with advice and guidance given that is specific to your unique situation. Additionally, it is important to note that behavior sessions in no way substitute for veterinary care. Medical reasons for behavior issues must be ruled out by your veterinarian before a session can be given.

Due to recent issues involving Rita’s personal safety when entering homes to provide cat counseling services, we’ve had no choice but to institute new requirements for scheduling a session in your home. If you are a current/previous The Cat Analyst or Cats 90210 client and we already know you, you may disregard the following restrictions:

• Rita will travel with 15 miles of Beverly Hills Only
• We must have a full accounting of the problem. No visits or call will be made without the return of the preliminary questionnaire
• We must have your veterinarian’s contact information so we can verify that your cats have been seen, and that you are a real cat owner who has a legitimate issue
• Payment in full must be made in advance
• We may require your driver’s license number, for Rita’s security purposes only!
• Additional security measures may be required if we decide that we need an additional comfort level

We thank you for your understanding, and know that you appreciate the concern for Rita’s safety. It is unfortunate that in this age of “Craigslist Killers” and the like that we’ve had to resort to qualifying the need for Rita’s services in this manner, and we sincerely hope you understand and accept our apologies if you are offended by these new restrictions.
